Oyster Institution Listed for 1.35m Clams

The venerable Snockey’s Oyster and Crab house recently hit the market and is looking for a new captain to take the wheel. The 100 plus year old business includes a liquor license, two, two bedroom apartments, and a bushel of old school Philadelphia. The Schuykill Center in Roxborough comprises over 340 acres of forest and 3 miles of hiking trails. Come check it out the final Saturday of every month all winter long for free guided hikes. They also offer a high ropes course, in the field foraging classes, as well as a nature preschool. What a great place to get outdoors within city limits.
